Larceny suspect charged with DWI in Westhampton Beach

A woman suspected of committing larceny in Westhampton Beach was arrested for driving drunk on Friday morning, according to police.

Authorities say they received a call reporting a possible theft on Main Street around 11:40 a.m.

Officers pulled over a car matching the description. They found Xenia Garcia-Lopez, who appeared to be intoxicated behind the wheel.

The 34-year-old Huntington Station resident was held at the police station overnight to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court for arraignment.
