A Lake Grove couple is filing a $3 million lawsuit against the Suffolk Police Department and more than a dozen officers, claiming excessive force.

Charles Huskiewicz claims he was knocked unconscious by an officer at the Toby Keith concert in Farmingville last month.

The Lake Grove man says it happened while he and his girlfriend, Christine Decker, were following another couple being ejected from the event.

Cellphone video captured part of the incident.

Huskiewicz says he was in the ICU for a couple of days for bleeding on the brain. His suit claims excessive force.

The Suffolk Police Department says it can't comment on pending litigation.
