Police say they have arrested two men for driving around with heroin and a child in the back seat.
The incident began as a traffic stop on Clark Street in Oceanside last night.
Police say they pulled over Kenneth Smith and Benedict Lindsley for a suspended registration.
According to police, that is when they found three bags of heroin and Smith's young daughter was in the car.
The men are facing drug charges.
