A judge has ruled that the medical examiner must give the victim's parents the autopsy of the suspect in the shooting death of a Hofstra University student.
Student Andrea Rebello was held at gunpoint by Dalton Smith during a home invasion in Uniondale back in May.
Both Smith and Rebello were shot and killed by a police officer.
The student's family has already announced plans to sue Nassau County and the police department.
