A federal judge is now ordering former Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano to pay over $10 million in restitution.
According to court documents, Mangano will have to pay $25,000 every three months while he's in prison. In addition, he will also have to pay 10% of his gross monthly income once he's out.
Mangano was found guilty of bribery, wire fraud and obstruction charges.
Mangano’s prison surrender was delayed and he will now begin his 12-year sentence on July 27.
Mangano maintains his innocence and is appealing his conviction.
