James Muniz, allegedly involved in scam at Model Talent Development Center in Hicksville, in police custody

Officials say they have in custody the CEO of a Hicksville modeling agency that allegedly overcharged clients and made false promises. Police say that James Muniz, who was arrested near Miami, Fla.
