Students at James Boyd Intermediate School in Huntington spent their St. Patrick's Day competing in the Potato Olympics.
Events included potato bowling and the potato high dive.
At the end of the lesson, all of the young Olympians turned out to be winners.
They were given potato medals to commemorate their spud-tacular work.
