A homeless Brentwood High School senior that is an Intel semi-finalist is in Washington today.
Samantha Garvey, 18, will meet with some of President Obama's top science advisers.
Congressman Steve Israel has invited the teen to attend Obama's State of the Union address.
Samantha and her family will move into a county-owned home in Bay Shore.
