A man who was struck by a hit-and-run driver in the village of Thomaston has died of his injuries.
Police say the 43-year-old man was struck on Middle Neck Road back on Sept. 30. He succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.
Detectives are looking for a gray or bluish-gray Nissan Rogue.
Witnesses are being asked to call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
