Hicksville murder suspect nabbed in Queens, arraigned

The man suspected of stabbing his mother-in-law to death and seriously injuring his estranged wife in Hicksville was arraigned Thursday. Police say 33-year-old Harpal Hira, of Hicksville, was arrested
