A Hicksville man accused of driving a stolen car crashed it killing a South Farmingdale man, then left the scene and was later arrested by police, according to prosecutors.  Prosecutors say 24-year-old Randy Colon stole a car Friday morning, and without a license was speeding in a school zone and crashed into Peter Morris's parked car while Morris was inside.    In court prosecutors said Colon hit Morris's car so hard he forced it across the grass, slamming it into another parked car.    News 12 is told Colon then took off on foot.    Police later caught Colon and arrested him near the scene of the crash.  The family of the 80-year-old Vietnam Veteran who was killed came to court Saturday for the suspect's arraignment.  They were crying as they left the courthouse.    Morris' son spoke to News 12 briefly saying they all miss his father and are heartbroken.    Morris had just spoken at Woodward Park Elementary in South Farmingdale at an event honoring veterans at the time of the incident.   He was just getting into his car when he was hit and killed.    Prosecutors say Colon has a history of mental illness and told police he did not take his medication the day of the crash.    Colon is charged with manslaughter, criminal possession of stolen property, grand larceny and leaving the scene of an incident resulting in death.    The judge ordered he be held without bail.
