A Levittown man was arrested Thursday after an hourslong police response.
Police say the man was served an eviction notice on Gardenia Lane.
They say he told them he had a gun and wouldn't go down without a fight.
Authorities were at the home from about 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The man and his wife were eventually removed from the home.
He is charged with making a terroristic threat.
