Prosecutors say Terrence Reid threatened the teenager, telling her she had to make $300 a day.
News 12 is told the victim escaped from a Queens hotel, but not before she was assaulted and robbed.
Court documents say Reid also had a 26-year-old woman working as a prostitute.
He is being held without bail.
