The nonstop rain this morning has made for some flooding conditions in parts of the borough.

Massive puddles will hopefully start receding as the rain tapers off, though drivers parked on the street will likely have a difficult time pulling out of their spots.

Drivers should be careful when commuting as road conditions are slick.
