A home health aide is accused of attacking the man he was supposed to be caring for in Thomaston. 
Police say Randolph Bien-Aime, of Queens Village, hit the mentally ill man in his car when he would not comply with directions.
The incident occurred on Tuesday at around 6 a.m.
The 59-year-old suffered bruises and a black eye.
