Tickets are now on sale for Glove Up Greenwich, a charity boxing event that will raise money for local nonprofits.
The event is set to take place at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in late September.
Greenwich native and co-founder of the event Kastriot Xhema says he wants to give amateur fighters a taste of what it is like to fight under the bright lights.
"Even if you're not a fan of boxing, I think you might come here and actually become one. Who doesn't want to have a couple drinks and watch people go at it?," Xhema said.
He adds that he expects to sell 4,000 tickets.
Tickets for the event can be purchased here.
