Governor George Pataki (R-NY) was released from a Manhattan hospital Monday. The governor was released from New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical School around 11:30 a.m. Pataki was hospitalized in a Westchester County hospital in February and had his appendix removed. He was later transferred to the Manhattan hospital and had surgery related to an intestinal blockage. The governor said he wasn't 100 percent but was glad to be going home.
