A top bank executive has denied that he raped a woman at a multimillion-dollar rental home in East Hampton.

Police say that Goldman Sachs banker Jason Lee, 37, was arrested on first-degree rape charges during a "disturbance" at a home on Clover Leaf Lane.

A 20-year-old says she was sexually assaulted on Tuesday, according to police.

According to published reports, the alleged victim was a guest at the $33,000 a month home when a so-called naked pool party got out of control.

Police say Lee was arraigned on rape charges Wednesday and released on bail.
