Gas for everyone if Suffolk executive gets 2007 budget wish

For a third straight year, County Executive Steve Levy says he's proposing a budget that'll mean a drop in taxes for the average Suffolk homeowner. Levy unveiled his 2007 operating budget proposal Thursday.
