The driver involved in a near-crash that occurred in Garden City Friday evening has been charged with DWI.
Garden City police say the incident took place at around 7 p.m. at Double Day Court Condominiums on Franklin Avenue.
Footage of the incident shows a Tesla coming down the road, plowing through bushes and into a parking lot. No injuries were reported, according to authorities.
The name of the driver has yet to be released. However, police say he is a 56-year-old man and was charged with DWI.
