The former payroll director of Nassau University Medical Center was indicted Thursday in connection with an embezzlement scheme.
Arlena Mann is charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records in a $121,000 scheme.
According to the district attorney, Mann used the hospital's payroll software to funnel money to former NUMC employees.
Mann is due back in court on April 25.
