The Manganos were convicted three years ago, but appeals and delays have postponed their sentencings.
Ed Mangano was convicted on federal corruption charges for what prosecutors say was a scheme in which he pressured Oyster Bay town officials to give special favors to a businesses.
He was found guilty of accepting bribes from that businessman and his wife got a lucrative no-show job from him.
Linda Mangano was convicted of lying to the FBI about that.
