The Democrat won the much-watched race by nearly 20 percentage points.
Trunzo thanked his supporters and volunteers for their hard work on his campaign. ?The people have spoken and there?s nothing I can do about that,? Trunzo said Tuesday night. However, the 82-year-old assured his constituents, ?I?ll still be around no matter what.?
Foley vowed to create a whole new Albany when he gets there in January. ?We will bring a whole new vigor, a whole new approach to Albany.?
