Another lawsuit has been filed over the deadly Farmingdale bus crash.
The suit comes from the estate of the band director who was killed.
Gina Pellettiere’s estate names the bus company, bus driver and tire company in the suit.
The lawsuit alleges the bus was not properly and thoroughly inspected and that the driver was speeding prior to the crash.
Pellettiere and chaperone Beatrice Ferrari were both killed.
More than a dozen lawsuits have been filed in connection to the crash.
