The family of the Sachem East football player killed in an accident at an offseason camp will file a $15 million wrongful death lawsuit.
Josh Mileto's parents are planning to file the lawsuit against the district and the Sachem East Touchdown club.
The suit claims the 16-year-old and four teammates were unsupervised as they carried a 400-pound log over their heads during a drill.
The log slipped and fell on Josh's neck, killing him.
The district says it can't comment on pending litigation.
