Falling number of hospitalizations, COVID-19 cases in NY paves way for partial reopening

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says Nassau and Suffolk counties can begin to slowly reopen as the number of hospitalizations and COVID-19 cases on Long Island decrease.
He announced Saturday that the Belmont Park race track would be reopening on June 1, but without spectators.
In Suffolk County, elective surgeries and ambulatory can resume.
