Police are searching for a woman who they say used a fake form to steal a package from FedEx.

The package contained a watch valued at $4,650, according to Suffolk police.

The incident happened at the FedEx Ship Center on Express Drive South in Melville on Oct. 23.

The woman used a fake authorization form to pick up the package that was in someone else’s name, police say.
