Today is sure to be a candy filled day! Nutritionist Stacy Moutafis visited News 12 Long Island to offer some sweet advice.
Candy like Blow-Pops, Nerds and Pixy Sticks have the least amount of calories and contain no fat - but are pure sugar.
Curcio says that a Snickers bar is one of the best choices when it comes to Halloween candy.
If you're looking for a good alternative to sugary sweets, pretzel bags and small toys are the way to go. 
It takes 20-30 minutes on a treadmill to work off a small chocolate bar.
