A woman says she was shot in the eye with a pellet gun while out to dinner at a Bay Shore restaurant.

Police say it happened Saturday, June 1 at around 7:15 p.m. outside Tula Kitchen on East Main Street.

Rachel Levy says she was sitting at a sidewalk table when the shooter fired from a moving vehicle.

Her vision remains blurry in her left eye, which now has to be protected by a transparent shield.

So far, no arrests have been made.
