Police say a 70-year-old was found dead in a van parked at the Merrick Commons Thursday around 5:30 p.m.

Investigators tell News 12 they do not believe the incident is suspicious. The body was taken to the medical examiner’s office.
The 70-year-old has not yet been identified.
