A radio shock jock from Long Island is set to face a judge today.
Former Opie and Anthony host Anthony Cumia pleaded not guilty to assault and strangulation charges last month.
Prosecutors say the 54-year-old got into a fight with his girlfriend inside his Roslyn Heights home.
She posted a video online as it was reportedly happening.
Cumia is charged with choking her, breaking her rib and injuring her hand.
