A 33-year-old Cutchogue man was arrested Saturday after Southampton Town police say he was seen urinating in public in Flanders.
According to police, officers stopped and questioned Whilman Zambrano-Rosado, who allegedly failed to provide identification and gave a false name. Further investigation revealed his true identity and an active bench warrant, police said.
Zambrano-Rosado was arrested and charged with false personation before being returned to Southampton Town Justice Court on the outstanding warrant.
