The Elmora Troopers, the youth baseball team from Elizabeth, was eliminated from the Little League World Series.
The Troopers lost to River Edge, Louisiana with a score of 4-1. Overall the team had two wins and two losses during the series.

The kids, all around 12 years old, will play a consolation game Thursday.
A citywide parade for the team is planned for Friday when they return to New Jersey to celebrate their efforts.
