Residents in Eastport vented their frustrations over massive utility poles installed by PSEG in their community.
A meeting about the issue was held at the town's fire department.
Families told News 12 that the 80-foot steel poles are an eyesore. PSEG started installing the massive poles last month.
Neighbors say the company never asked them for their input about their installation. PSEG officials told News 12 that a letter was sent out to the community back in April.
PSEG says the poles, which were part of a $31.7 million project, are better to withstand severe weather.
