Some homeowners in Amagansett picked up a big win, as vehicles can no longer drive on "Truck Beach."
The New York Supreme Court has ruled the 4,000-foot stretch of beach is private property, and granted homeowners near the beach a restraining order.
That means driving or parking on the beach is no longer permitted until further notice.
While homeowners say this is a huge victory, fishermen who have been there for decades say it will destroy their livelihood.
