East End: Discover chocolate art at Disset Chocolate in Cutchogue

In this week's East End, News 12's Doug Geed takes us to a spot where you can find some high-end chocolate delights.
"I'm an artist, and I just happen to choose chocolate as my medium," says Ursula XVII.
Trained as a pastry chef, Ursula owns Disset Chocolate in Cutchogue.
"We make everything in house. So if you see a Rice Krispie treat, we're not using Kellogg's, we're using real rice puffs. We're making the marshmallows ourselves. We're really just trying to refine it, and of course we then dip them in really good dark chocolate," she says.
Bite-sized bon bons include unusual pairings of flavors with her chocolate -- including fennel, pomegranate and orange-ginger.
She also uses ingredients grown or produced on the North Fork, from strawberries to potato chips.
Right now, she's creating large chocolate sculptures for Easter that she will hide at various North Fork businesses. People who spot them can post a picture of them, which gives them a chance at winning one of the five-pound, pure chocolate creations.
She also holds paint-with-chocolate workshops at area vineyards or her studio.
