Police say a driver was pulled from his burning car after crashing into the cow statue at Maureen's Kitchen in Smithtown.
According to police, the driver lost control and hit the statue on Terry Road Wednesday afternoon.
Police say a firefighter happened to be nearby and pulled the driver from the car once it started to burn.
There's been no update on the driver's condition.
