Democrats in the state Senate are pushing a bill forward, hoping to alleviate parents' concerns about the new sex education standards.
The bill mandates school districts post their new curriculums online this summer, allowing parents to ask questions -- or opt their child out. 
But Republicans are calling for the standards to be repealed all together.
