Frankie Floridia from Strong Island Animal Rescue has rescued a deer.
Floridia says he was able to rescue the deer after it was found in a pool in Port Jefferson Station.
News 12 has been told the deer was in there for about 20 minutes and would have frozen to death if it wasn’t saved.
The deer rested for a few minutes and then ran into the woods.
