A dead humpback whale was found off Wainscott, according to a Facebook post from the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society.
A whale had previously washed ashore on May 8 in Westhampton Beach.
A dead humpback whale was also found off the New Jersey coast this week.
Thursday's discovery marks at least the 11th dead whale found in the tri-state area this year.
