Cops say a NYC school teacher from East Meadow is accused of making extra money as a loan-shark.
Police arrested Sean Harris, 36, last night.
Nassau District Attorney Kathleen Rice's office says Harris charged someone 104 percent interest on a $40,000 loan. Anything over 25 percent is illegal.
Harris faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
