The grandson of mob boss John Gotti is supposed to go to prison Monday, but he’s once again looking to push back the start of his sentence. It’s because he is looking to donate a kidney to his mother.
Carmine Agnello has asked a judge to move his surrender date to September.
Federal prosecutors say they aren’t opposed to pushing it back if he gets the surgery by August 10.
