? Cops say the man behind a deadly accident in Hempstead yesterday was driving with a suspended license. According to police, Frank Pergola was speeding on Peninsula Boulevard when he ran a red light and plowed into a car. The 21-year-old Bellerose woman in the car was killed, and her dad was seriously injured. Pergola was also hurt during the incident. Cops say the Valley Stream man?s license has been suspended several times. Pergola is facing several charges today including manslaughter and vehicular manslaughter.
