Police say Tyrone Absolam, of Jamaica, Queens, was driving at a high speed and drunk with two kids when he hit Diana Granobles's car.
Both the mother and daughter were taken to Jamaica Hospital where they were pronounced dead.

He was charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, assault and driving while intoxicated.
