A substitute teacher from Commack is being held on bail, accused of sexually abusing two boys while working a second job, police say.
Authorities say Marc Pipitone was working as a special needs caregiver at a home in July 2007 when he sexually abused a 5-year-old autistic boy and his brother.
Pipitone is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Pipitone was also arrested last week for allegedly sending threatening e-mails to a teacher in the Deer Park School District, where he also worked. District officials say he has been terminated. They also say the alleged molestation did not involve the district.
