In a video posted to YouTube, Maniscalco says, "What's up New York? You have a brand-new arena the UBS being built in your backyard in Belmont Park and I'm going to be the first comedian to perform there."
Maniscalco will perform at UBS Arena in Elmont on Dec. 27 on his "Nobody Does This Tour."
Tickets for the show go on sale Friday.
