Charles Shulz, 23, arrested after allegedly burglarizing Lucky Mini Mart in Mineola

A Mineola man has been arrested for allegedly burglarizing a local convenience store. Detectives say Charles Shulz smashed the front window of Lucky Mini Mart on Willis Avenue Saturday morning.

A Mineola man has been arrested for allegedly burglarizing a local convenience store.
Detectives say Charles Shulz smashed the front window of Lucky Mini Mart on Willis Avenue Saturday morning.
They say 23-year-old Shulz later entered an apartment on First Street through an unlocked window and fought with a resident inside.
Police say Shulz fled the apartment on foot without any spoils. He was arrested a short time later and is facing burglary charges.
