The assaults started in 2014 when the girl was only 7 years old. They did not stop until 2023 when the victim told her mother.
The mother pretended to leave for work, but came back and caught him before he attempted to attack the girl again.
Prosecutors are not releasing the suspect's name to protect the victim's identity.
