The Long Island Rail Road is operating on or close to schedule systemwide on Saturday following a train collision east of Jamaica.
An eastbound train to Huntington collided with a westbound train from Montauk at around 6 p.m. Friday near the Jamaica station.
The train headed for Huntington was at the platform at the time.
There were no reported injuries. The cause is unclear.
