The case against a Suffolk dance instructor accused of having sex with a 14-year-old has been adjourned until Friday.
Prosecutors say Bryan Galvis, 27, had a sexual relationship with the teenager, who was a student at a Latin dance company in Bay Shore.
Galvis, of Brentwood, was arrested in January on rape and other charges. He has been free on $100,000 bond.
The dance studio is now closed.
